There are various methods of contacting us for information on our services or for support issues. We aim to reply to all support tickets within 3 hours, and have all support issues resolved within 12 hours. To aid in this we have implemented the folowing:
Raise a Support Ticket

Support Tickets will take priority over all other methods, if you require support please do not post in the Forums, or mail us directly. Support tickets can be raised by clicking the link below, or by using the link in the Client Area of the site.

Whilst our servers and network are monitored 24/7, our support ticket service operates during the following hours:

Monday to Friday 08:00 - 22:30. Tickets are normally replied to within 1 hour.

On Weekends and Bank Holidays we run a reduced support ticket service, but most tickets are usually replied to same day.

Search the Knowledge Base
We have invested a lot of time and effort into compiling our knowledge base. You will almost certainly find an answer to 99% of the problems you may encounter with your hosting. Access to the knowledge base can be gained from your Hosting Control Panel, through the Client Area of this site, or by clicking the link below.
Chat Live to get instant support
Located on most of our site pages there is a Live Support link. Clicking on this will open a chat window to one of our sales/support operatives.
System Status Page
If you are experiencing slow service, no access to your site, or no ftp functions. Don't forget to check out the Status page. Here you can see at a glance any problems or scheduled maintenence on our hosting network.
