Script Installations

Here at ClanWebs we will install any script you require*. Full site CMS such as e107, forum scripts such as PHPBB, SMF, E-blah. Vwar installations or any other league, site, stats tools you want. Please be aware that you will need a seperate database for each script installed. We will not install multiple scripts onto one database.

If you would like anything installing onto your hosting account, all you need to do is raise a SUPPORT TICKET with the following information:

Clan/Domain name. Required script installation. Required admin name. Required admin password. Theme you would like. Header/banner text.

Please allow up to 24 hours for installation to be completed, usually 2 days at the most. Depending on how busy we are. Custom themes can take anything from 3 to 5 days to make, again depending on how busy.

Please be aware that we no longer install or support PHP-Nuke on on our hosting. This is due to its many security issues. You may install if you wish, but no support will be given regarding this CMS.

*Free installation is for the initial script installation only. If your site needs reinstalling as a result of deleting or corrupting your install by your own actions there may be a charge to reset/reinstall your script.

e107. A Web site in a box

We use the e107 Content Management System for the majority of our installed sites. This provides you with a website straight out of the box, ready to use as soon as it is installed for you by us. e107 is a php and MySQL driven application and is extremely flexible, and simple to use. No knowledge of html, php, or MySQL is required. Everything is controlled through the websites admin panel.

Part of the main attraction for using e107 is its flexibility when it comes to layout and theming of a site. Most clans like to have their game of choice reflected in the style of their website. This is easily achieved with the use of custom themes that can be applied to your website through the admin area, and at ClanWebs we offer several theme options.

Choose our free installation service and your web site will be fully installed by one of our operators. Installed with the username and password of your choice you will receive your website ready to accept content from the moment you have logged in.

All clan relevent plugins will have been installed, it will just be a matter of adding your clan members to the roster as they register with your site. The fully intergrated forums will have a basic set up, ready for you to add your own categories and topics.
